I’m Hayley and I am the creator of Hayley Joanna Hair.
I have been working in the hair industry for over 10 years working alongside some of the biggest brands of extensions available on the market.
I specialise in Weaves & Nano tip extensions and offer 1:1, online and group training.
I first trained in extensions in 2014, and went on to complete my hairdressing nvq in 2017. I then completed my education & training level 3 in 2018 and set up my own training academy.
I have since been working with my clients creating stunning transformations (see my instagram @hayleyjoannahair.x). Running my 1:1 training courses and launching my courses online. I have my own aftercare product range and I also offer brazillian blowdries.
I am a full time mummy to 3 little boys and work around them while they are at home, nursery & school.
I started my training academy to be able to offer the highest quality training possible and to not only teach hair but to also help people build a business from scratch just like i did, and be able to have more freedom, be their own boss, work around their families and earn big money!
My courses are not ‘text book’ basics like what these huge training academies offer by tutors who havent actually fitted a set of extensions since 1861 (haha).

I have handwritten my training manuals and created my video content myself so its the basics and SO much more! I am not an out of date extensionist, I still fit daily and I have TONNES of experience working with all hair types, and all types of extensions.

I have so much business information to share with a genuine passion for you to succeed. Not just do my course and do nothing with it. I give on going support and everything comes from me personally. I do not have a team its just little ol’ me 🫶🏼 giving all my personal secrets 👀💸
